Since 2019, I have told the stories of Berklee Online’s worldwide community of musicians and music industry professionals. As Content Manager, I market Berklee Online’s educational offerings through our website, flagship digital magazine, Take Note, and through our email marketing campaigns that reach as many as 1 million recipients.
Responsibilities

Write copy for website, landing pages, digital ads, print brochures, social media, and emails
Edit four-week and 12-week courses: Producing Music in FL Studio, Beginner Guitar, Jazz Singing, and Latin Piano
Compile and adapt course content to create ~100-page degree handbooks in subjects such as Music Business, Songwriting, Music Production, Film Scoring, and Guitar

Oversee 100 quarterly email campaigns from inception to launch as Marketing Lead
Collaborate with 15 stakeholders and the Marketing Operations team to write, test, and approve outgoing emails
Write and quality-assure emails that reach as many as 1 million recipients per campaign

Published more than 60 articles to Berklee Online’s flagship digital magazine Take Note
Optimized more than 360 existing articles using SEO best practices, seeing a 98% increase in website sessions
Earned Legend Certification in the Conductor Searchlight SEO software
Edited more than 35 episodes of the Music is My Life Podcast (approx. 1,000 subscribers) using Logic Pro X
